Functionality condition:

The system has been tested and is fully functional. The console turns on and off properly, and ejects them properly. All ports work properly and are clean. The system does not connect to wifi and therefor unable to be updated. The device has been reset and all accounts have been removed. The hard drive functions properly and games and apps are able to be downloaded. The console does not accept discs whatsoever.
